Working with a client whose initial intention was to significantly remodel an existing dated dormer bungalow on a beautiful isolated plot in the middle of the Northamptonshire countryside, we helped the client see the benefits of a new build and designed this modern property to maximise views and connections to the site but also utilise passive orientation and clever building scale to provide flexible family living. We hope to work with the client into 2018 with full planning submission and a start on site pending consent in 2018.
