Leaf was asked to develop concepts for a new large country family dwelling to a specific schedule of accommodation and family needs which sat on the location of an existing group of farm buildings in Northamptonshire. The accommodation extended to approximately 13,000 sq ft including features such as a 6m diameter circular entrance hallway and staircase, basement media room, linked indoor pool and recreational complex, linked annex accommodation, garaging and stables.
