Having worked with our very well informed clients for the last 6 months on this challenging site in Leicestershire, we finally gained planning permission for this wonderful new contemporary house which was adjacent to a Scheduled Ancient Monument containing medieval manorial fishponds which required prolonged dialogue with Historic England.
