Leaf Architecture has been working with a local client who obtained planning refusal for a design by another agent which was perhaps in hindsight not suitable for the location so we were dually appointed to provide a more suitable design which complimented the conservation area and was pleased in being able to issue the planning permission recently to our clients. We are now progressing with the construction package and hope the client can commence on site this spring…
