Leaf Architecture has been working with local developer Grace Homes on a 6 plot development in a Leicestershire village over the last year and after seeking support ‘in principle’ at pre-application level the developer has now submitted the formal planning application. Its a challenging edge of village site but have created a sympathetic development of 2-5 bedrooms inspired by local styles and materials.
