Leaf Architecture was appointed to design a replacement house for their small original cottage on a large plot in a sort after area of Cosby. The design incorporates the DNA of the original house in so far as including strong arts and craft inspired details like the clay wall hung tiled gable, crittall type windows and a scale commensurate with the area in general.
