Leaf Architecture has been working with the new owners of a site in south Northamptonshire where we had previously design and obtained planning for a different owner. This design is inspired partly by the local residential gabled styles and buff brick tones but also its edge of countryside and woodland setting. The design is likely to utilise SIP panel construction methods, an array of renewable technologies and high performance glazing and solar controls to achieve both a comfortable environment for the family but also low operating costs.
