The former 20,000 sq ft 1960’s industrial building at Welland Business Park in Leicestershire is now complete and just awaiting final landscape planting. Leaf Architecture secured planning with the help of DLP Consulting to secure retail/bulky goods use and divided this building into 3 new units with large glazed frontage with office and support accommodation.
