With officers recommendation for approval the planning application for this exciting modern family house was put to the local authority committee last night and was overwhelmingly supported by the councellors resulting is gaining planning consent within 5 weeks from submission!!! We are delighted for the client who replied to the councillors question at the end “please ensure you build this” in which the client replied “we intend to”!!
