Leaf Architecture is pleased to have gained planning permission for this new build dwelling to replace an existing dated and defective timber framed property in Market Harborough. The design was driven by the need to maintain a smaller vertical scale in the form of a dormer style but in a modern style to compliment the clients brief and local context. The client has been doing a lot of homework and we are likely to be using a thermally efficient SIP or timber frame with ASHP and high performance windows and look forward to developing this project shortly.
