It was a pleasure for Leaf Architecture to be working for this client who is a highly skilled craftsman, who saw the potential in extending and fully renovating this tired old stone cottage in Northamptonshire. We opened up the internal small rooms to create large bright spaces, added a new glazed kitchen and garden room space overlooking the rear courtyard garden, added a new storey of accommodation to a single storey stone workshop and completely renovated the external envelop.
