Following permission for a previous design we developed a simpler design for the client in creating a single storey extension to contain the family days spaces of kitchen, dining and garden room but the garden room itself was expressed as a simple cube volume to one side and rotated to relate to the garden whilst creating a sense of occasion and drama given the higher ceiling void.
