Leaf Architecture has been working for a client in Leicester and recently submitted planning on their beautiful early 20th century detached property to both replace an old garage to one side with a sensitive traditional gabled elevation to provide ground and first floor accommodation then a modern single story extension to the rear inspired by the brick detailing to create a large family day space to the rear.
