Looking back over the last 12 months we achieved 23 planning permissions with over 20 new client commissions making 2019 a very busy year indeed with several applications awaiting decision as we run into 2020. We have received instructions for 9 new build bespoke houses which we consider our specialism, 4 large industrial/commercial development projects, 4 listed building related projects and completed our first paragraph 55/79 ‘exceptional house’ project hopefully waiting submission in 2020!
We have several large projects on site which we look forward to seeing completed next year including a timber frame contemporary house, a large 7,500 sq ft house with pool, new tennis club pavilion and 2 completed remodelled houses which we hope to photograph in the spring.
