Leaf Architecture has been working with the new owners of a property in Leicester which was previously owned by an architect and his sculptor parter who designed a wonderful single story entrance extension and workshop to the property with fine joinery detailing and roof light wells from the period so our brief is to take inspiration from these details in realising a new two story side extension to create new family spaces and master suite with optimised visual connection to the gardens. Planning has recently been submitted and look forward to taking the project forward with the client in the months ahead!
