Leaf Architecture has been working for a family who recently acquired a modest property on a large mature plot in the village of Titchmarsh which sits adjacent to a watercourse and the brief was to extend two story to the side and single story to the rear together with opening up the ground floor to create a new open plan ‘connected’ day space overlooking the stunning garden and water. The aim was also to unify the new extension and existing building externally and having securing planning permission and issue of construction package the client is currently seeking tenders with a view of a start on site later this year.
