Great to see this progress progressing to weather tight stage although recent events have slowed this somewhat. The black brickwork with black mortar pointing looks crisp thanks to Dan Hensher’s team. The internal volumes really striking from the tall atrium entrance moving into the horizontal thin framed windows to the rear family spaces. Look forward to seeing the render consolidate the retained house and new timber cladding emphasising the first floor box!
