Our clients received great news yesterday when we informed them of the planning permission for a 5 bed family house on former garden land in Foxton. The site is within the settlement boundary of the village but historically previous agents failed to secure a robust case for both highways access and design. We worked closely with Ardent Consulting and developed a traditional design which complimented both the siting and the Village Neighbourhood Plan.
